This vintage painting, titled "Moored", depicts a serene fishing scene with beautiful blend of colors in the background for the sunset which brings out a feeling of tranquility. It is signed Tosi. Please note this is NOT Arturo Tosi. The back of the art, there is a certificate of authenticity by the gallery of Robert sills gallery inc. With authentication signed by Roxanne bowman(unsure couldn''t read the name well).It is measured framed which is 12" x 10". Beautiful piece.
