Retails for $255, selling for $155. New and unused but it is missing the handle (see bottom left of stock photo). You can probably get one from Emtek or rig something up yourself. Otherwise I believe everything else is included, and looks like it even has a variety of latches and guards for different doors. Please refer to the photos for view of everything included.
