Department 56 village animated Rockefeller plaza skating rink

Comes in the original box. Lights and sounds work. Skating magnets sound like they are moving but I can not seem to get the skaters on track. Missing two flags. Garland on edge needs to be glued back down. And it is dusty in cracks and crevices due to being on display.
