Twitching Clown animatronic sold at Spirit Halloween from 2015. He works completely but has a control box flaw.

Has volume control, comes with adapter

PLEASE NOTE step pad capability and motion sensor might be broken or maybe the wiring is faulty. He has a constant motion option which works fine though.
